About The Position

We’re looking for a Principal Advertising Strategist to join our powerhouse team and lead strategy for enterprise clients across Amazon and other retail media platforms. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in advertising strategy, including 4+ with Amazon PPC (agency experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and advanced reporting tools (Excel, Sheets, etc.)
  • Proven success in Amazon Ad Console, 3rd party platforms, and retail media networks
  • A passion for mentoring and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Lead Amazon PPC strategy and manage complex advertising campaigns
  • Partner with enterprise clients, solving high-impact challenges and delivering measurable results
  • Analyze campaign data to craft insights and action plans that drive growth
  • Mentor junior strategists and shape internal best practices
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage AI to optimize performance
  • Design tools and templates that improve efficiency across the organization
