At The Finest Accessories, Inc., we create and distribute luxury fashion accessories and lifestyle products through globally recognized brands, including France Luxe, L. Erickson, Maison France Luxe, and France Luxe Body. Our products have been featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, WWD, Glamour, InStyle, and other leading fashion publications worldwide. We are growing our e-commerce team and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Amazon business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys e-commerce, digital retail, analytics, and problem-solving in a collaborative and creative environment. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central, ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, or retail support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and technology
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to Amazon PPC or digital advertising
- Familiarity with SEO or e-commerce product optimization
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
- Exposure to Walmart Marketplace, Target+, or international marketplaces
- Interest in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Amazon product listings for accuracy, consistency, and optimization
- Support product launches, catalog updates, image uploads, and A+ content enhancements
- Monitor listing health and help resolve suppressed, stranded, or inactive ASIN issues
- Assist with inventory, catalog maintenance, and Seller Central operations
- Help execute Amazon promotions, seasonal campaigns, Prime Day, Deals, and Coupons
- Coordinate with our external Amazon marketing agency on PPC and campaign updates
- Track promotional calendars and support campaign execution
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from Amazon Seller Central
- Track key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, and inventory performance
- Organize reporting data for internal reviews and strategic planning
- Partner with ecommerce, creative, supply chain, and external agency teams
- Help ensure timely execution of marketplace updates and product launches
- Communicate operational updates clearly and proactively
