The Strategy & Operations team within Disney Entertainment and ESPN - Product and Technology is responsible for shaping the organization’s long-term vision, developing actionable product strategies, and executing against the org’s most critical near-term priorities. The team reports directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), and uses strategic analysis, creative storytelling, and operational rigor to surface insights, frame trade-offs, and guide decision-making for Disney’s senior leadership. As a Principal of Advertising Platforms Strategy & Operations, you will be the analytical backbone and connective tissue for the AdTech organization. Specifically, you will use data-driven rigor and execution discipline to set OKR targets, manage performance, and maintain operational momentum.
