About The Position

Join a dynamic, market-facing team in a key support role within Solar Turbines’ Power Generation division. Provide direct support to an executive and broad leadership team, and work across the organization to organize, plan, and manage key functions from customer engagement to meetings & travel and events.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience desired

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and responding to business correspondence, meetings, travel, and the internal & external customer engagement for senior staff.
  • Preparing, organizing, and distributing communications, meeting minutes and presentations for staff.
  • Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements; assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.
  • Event coordination including all aspects of accommodation, entertainment, travel, and budgeting for both small and large-scale company internal & external events.
