Under the general supervision of the Site Supervisor/Area Director, the incumbent will primarily provide individually focused community and hub-based participation opportunities for older adults who have developmental/intellectual disabilities and who may also have expressive behaviours or sensory challenges and/or medical (dementia or other) or attendant care needs. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring availability to work 80 hours biweekly on a rotating schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting individuals across various programs and service needs. The successful candidate may be assigned to different locations or programs based on organizational needs and individual support requirements with a primary location.
