About The Position

Assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. The Maintenance Person is part of the restaurant management team and works within the team to ensure the restaurant and equipment is working as expected.

• Replacing filters and gaskets
• Truck Order and Delivery
• Weekly and Monthly Inventory

• Managing operations and cleaning supplies
• Building upkeep
• Filtering Oil Fryers Daily
