About The Position

Raven Advisory LLC is seeking a Primary Instructor (LOE 1, Non-Medic) to support the PFC course. The position is contingent upon award. The instructor teaches course materials in accordance with the PWS, develops tactical scenarios, and conducts field exercises. The role works alongside medical instructors but does not teach clinical skills.

Requirements

• At least five years of SOF medical experience as an MOS 18D, SOCM, SARC, SOIDC, or PJ/USAF Pararescue operator or leader in a Special Mission Unit (SMU), U.S. Army Special Forces, Navy SEALs, Marine Special Operations Command, U.S. Army 75th Ranger Regiment, or another USSOCOM operational unit; must have been awarded and retained the Military Occupational Specialty Qualification (MOS Q).
• Experience delivering PFC training to MARSOC personnel within the past two years.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and move over varied terrain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary instructor for non-medical instruction.
• Design and run tactical scenarios.
• Manage field training logistics, including ranges, vehicles, safety, and risk assessments.
• Evaluate students’ learning progress.
• Maintain training records and deliver reports to the program lead.
