Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our growing, patient-centered practice in Wallingford, Connecticut. Requirements

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine

Responsibilities

• 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Optional teaching with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
