About The Position

We're seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Fairbanks, Alaska. Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Eligible for unrestricted Alaska medical licensure.
  • Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive healthcare needs using evidence-based medicine.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management, preventive services, and chronic disease management.
  • Perform annual wellness visits, health screenings, and preventive care services.
  • Coordinate care for patients with complex medical conditions and collaborate with specialty providers when appropriate.
  • Partner with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes and population health.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to support informed decisions and long-term health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.
