About The Position
Mass General Brigham is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds physician to join an established outpatient adult medicine practice in Needham, Massachusetts. The position is based at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and offers a collaborative, close-knit practice environment where clinicians can develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients. The office is near downtown Needham and close to hospital-based care, specialists, and other clinical resources. The practice offers strong team-based clinical support, flexible practice options, access to specialists and behavioral health clinicians, and an after-hours call program staffed by advanced practice providers and registered nurses. Physicians use Epic and have access to AI-enabled documentation tools. Experienced physicians and recent graduates are welcome; full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The position is onsite, with a day shift and 28 scheduled weekly hours. Compensation is listed at $250,000–$290,000 annually, with incentive eligibility and potential sign-on and retention bonuses.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Open to experienced physicians and recent graduates.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient adult primary care to patients in a community-based practice.
