About The Position
Winter Construction invites applicants to submit a general application if none of its current openings match their background. Applicants can indicate the type of role that interests them, such as project management, field operations, preconstruction, construction technology, or another area. The Recruiting team reviews each general application and may contact applicants whose experience matches a current or upcoming opening. Other applicants may be kept in the Talent Community for consideration as opportunities arise. Winter Construction is a mid-size general contractor serving the Southeast, primarily Metro Atlanta. Its work spans commercial, hospitality, higher education, K–12, mixed-use, retail, and restaurant markets, as well as renovations and adaptive reuse, with project values from $1 million to $150 million.
