About The Position

livingHR is building a continuous talent community of HR and people professionals at all levels and across specialties. Members may be considered for interim, fractional, project-based, part-time, and full-time engagements supporting current and future client and partner needs across industries and organizational contexts.

Clients seek HR professionals to support day-to-day HR operations, implement and optimize HR technology, recruit talent, support employees and managers, and develop enterprise-wide people strategy. Across specialties and levels, these professionals align people practices with business goals, support change, and elevate the employee experience. Engagements are project-by-project, with timing, scope, and duration varying based on client needs. Community members may be considered for multiple opportunities over time.

Requirements

• Relevant HR experience for the candidate’s specialty and level, from early-career through executive experience.
• A track record of improving processes, programs, systems, or outcomes for the people and organizations supported.
• Comfort working across a range of industries.
• Ability to build trust and partner effectively with employees, managers, and leaders.
• Curiosity about or experience with human-centric, AI-enabled workplaces and modern workforce models.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, policies, and documentation while ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
• Implement, configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS and HR technology platforms, integrations, and reporting.
• Source, screen, and hire talent; develop recruiting processes and employer brand.
• Support performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Administer and design compensation, benefits, and payroll programs.
• Support employee engagement, employee relations, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
• Partner with leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
