About The Position

PeopleOne Health is a rapidly growing provider of value-based primary care, known for its high member satisfaction. This role involves providing full-spectrum primary care for adults and children, building strong patient relationships, and empowering patients with health information. Physicians can practice at the top of their licensure, performing common in-office procedures. The model removes traditional insurance constraints, allowing for smaller patient panels, longer appointments, and reduced administrative tasks. Physicians work with a multidisciplinary team including a clinical pharmacist, registered dietitian, and care coordinators. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-directed clinician focused on patient education, healing, and advocacy.
