About The Position

Primary Care Plus (PCPlus), a value-based care delivery organization, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing team in Louisiana. PCPlus aims to provide patients with high-quality, cost-effective, coordinated care that delivers strong outcomes and satisfaction. The position has no overnight call and a 4.5-day work week, with early Friday departures. Compensation includes a guaranteed salary, a welcome bonus, and an annual bonus opportunity of up to 20% based on quality care metrics.
