About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine for an outpatient position serving clinics in Fitchburg and Leominster, Massachusetts. This position provides comprehensive primary care across two nearby outpatient locations with flexible 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts and a choice of 3, 4 or 5-day workweek schedules. The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care, relationship-based patient care, and participating in a phone-only call rotation alongside an experienced physician-led team.

Requirements

• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Massachusetts Medical License Or Ability To Obtain Massachusetts Medical Licensure REQUIRED
• Unrestricted DEA Registration REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Outpatient Primary Care REQUIRED
• Ability To Practice At Both Fitchburg And Leominster Outpatient Locations REQUIRED
