About The Position

Established practice seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join a robust team of 8 Physicians and 6 APPs. This is an outpatient-only position with clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. There is minimal call, with the OSF After-Hours Call Center handling first call. This is a great opportunity for either a seasoned Board-Certified Physician or a newly trained Board Eligible Physician.

Requirements

Doctorate degree.
Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
