About The Position
Community-based healthcare organization delivering inclusive, full-spectrum care across southern New York. Provide primary care services for patients of all ages, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, urgent care, immunizations, and health education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic health outcomes. Eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other reimbursement programs.
Requirements
- Licensed as a physician (MD or DO) in New York State
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Current, unrestricted DEA certification
