Primary Care Physician- Andover, MA
About The Position
Mass General Brigham is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds physician to join its established Adult Medicine practice in Andover, Massachusetts. The practice is approximately 30 minutes north of Boston and offers on-site laboratory and imaging services, an urgent care center, and access to specialties including Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Gastroenterology. Both experienced physicians and recent graduates are welcome. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The role offers a community-based practice supported by Mass General Brigham’s integrated healthcare system. Physicians receive team-based clinical and administrative support, access to specialists and behavioral health clinicians, and use Epic EMR and AI-enabled documentation tools. An After Hours Call Program staffed by advanced practice providers and registered nurses handles after-hours patient calls, and the position has no nights or weekend call. Flexible practice options are available. The position is onsite at 323 Lowell Street, with a day shift and 40 scheduled weekly hours. The annual salary range is $250,000 to $290,000, with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, education, and internal equity. Incentives are available from day one, and sign-on and retention bonus opportunities may be offered. Mass General Brigham is a qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
