About The Position

One Medical is hiring a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide human-centered primary care. The role involves managing a patient panel with a broad range of needs through acute, chronic, and preventive visits. Care is delivered in the clinic and testing centers, with occasional telehealth visits. The physician collaborates with in-office and virtual clinical teams, participates in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles, uses their clinical training to perform in-office procedures, and supervises one or more nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues. The physician must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. The position is based at One Medical’s Shattuck Avenue location in Berkeley, California; the posting also describes the role as based in Oakland, California at the Berkeley Shattuck office. The schedule is described as four days in clinic and one day remote. The posted base salary range is $308,700 to $369,000 for a full-time schedule. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule, and additional pay may be available for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications. Requirements

Be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
Have practiced at least two of the last five years in an outpatient primary care setting.
Be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or be board eligible and meet the posting’s stated conditions for board certification.
Hold a California state license before the One Medical start date.
Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
Effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Communicate successfully with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Show a passion for human-centered primary care and a desire to contribute to a team changing healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities
