About The Position

One Medical is hiring a full-time Family Physician for a role based in Phoenix, Arizona. The position involves managing a patient panel with a broad range of needs and providing acute, chronic, and preventive care. Physicians see patients in the office and testing centers, with occasional telehealth visits, and may perform in-office procedures using their clinical training. The role includes supervising one or more nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues, collaborating with in-office and virtual care teams, and participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities. The physician must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. The role is scheduled for four days in clinic and one day remote. The base salary range is $238,600 to $285,300 for a full-time schedule; starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule, and additional pay may be available for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements. Requirements

Be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
Have practiced for at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
Be board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or board eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of the One Medical start date.
Hold an Arizona state license before the One Medical start date.
Demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care.
Communicate effectively with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Use technology effectively to deliver high-quality care.
Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

Responsibilities

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities.
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
Supervise one or more nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues.
Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states, as needed.
