About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a full-time outpatient primary care practice. The position is listed in Des Plaines, Illinois, at 9301 W Golf Rd, Suite 302. The physician will develop a clinical practice, provide at least 34 bookable hours per week, and complete 20 extended hours per month within those bookable hours, including morning, evening, and weekend hours. Requirements
- Completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Board of Internal Medicine.
- Illinois medical license or license pending.
