About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Des Plaines. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping aging adults with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and household tasks. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while caregivers build relationships with clients and help older adults live well.

The position offers $19–$20 per hour and has day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide mobility support to clients.
