Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current and unrestricted DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to start
Responsibilities
- Outpatient adult medicine primary care focusing on value-based care
- Practice includes office consults, annual wellness visits, preventative care, follow up appointments and in office procedures
- 18-22 patients per day after ramping up
- EPIC EMR with AI Scribe support
- Dedicated MA team for rooming and support
- Onsite lab and pharmacy resource support for medication refills
