Impact to Health has partnered with a mission-driven, privately owned primary care group in New Smyrna Beach, FL, to find a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician ready to reclaim their clinical autonomy. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
