Seeking a Compassionate Primary Care Physician in Deland, FL. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
