About The Position
LCH Health and Community Services (LCH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving southern Chester County, PA. Our mission is to improve patient health and wellbeing through innovative, high-quality, whole-person care in a bilingual and bicultural environment. About the Role We're seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and medical assistants to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania medical license required.
- DEA license and current BLS/CPR certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
- Community health experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care management for patients of all ages.
- Deliver same-day and urgent care services as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and review labs, diagnostics, and consults.
- Support quality improvement and community health initiatives.
