About The Position

This full-time, on-site position is ideal for an Associate-level physician looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care within a growing Medical Practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care. You will work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered outcomes and help build lasting patient relationships in the community.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine(DO) degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in a primary care specialty
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care field
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state
  • Associate-level clinical experience in a primary care setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of common medical conditions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency with electronic health records(EHR) systems and standard medical documentation practices
  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and high-quality patient care
  • Must be board-certified
  • Will accept new grads

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across a range of health needs
  • Obtain detailed patient histories and perform thorough physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions commonly managed in primary care
  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
  • Prescribe medications and therapies according to clinical best practices
  • Provide preventive care services, including health screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
  • Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
  • Stay current with developments in primary care medicine and relevant clinical guidelines
