An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing team in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Requirements

MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

100% outpatient, office-based primary care
Adult patient population (18+)
Full-time, weekday schedule
Flexible scheduling options: Four 9- or 10-hour shifts (4-day work week available) or Five 8-hour shifts
Minimal phone-only call: One weekday call every 6 weeks and Approximately two weekend call rotations per year
Optional faculty appointment and teaching opportunities
