An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, physician-focused team in Vernon, Connecticut. Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

- 100% outpatient, office-based primary care
- Care for patients from birth through adulthood
- Full-time, weekdays only
- Flexible scheduling with an available 4-day/10-hour workweek option
