Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine) | 4 -Day Work Week Available
About The Position
An established outpatient primary care practice in Litchfield, Connecticut, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, physician-focused team. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, advanced technology, comprehensive clinical support, and an exceptional quality of life. The role is 100% outpatient, office-based primary care, focusing on an adult patient population (18+). Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available with a weekday-only schedule, including an option for a 4-day work week. Call is minimal, phone-only, approximately one weekday every 6 weeks, with about two weekend call rotations annually. Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment are also available.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
- H-1B candidates welcome

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
