About The Position
This is a full-time opportunity for a Primary Care Physician specializing in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics. The role involves working 4-5 days a week in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities. It offers a Monday-Friday round-and-go schedule, strong clinical autonomy with dedicated support, and excellent work-life balance due to dedicated after-hours/night-time backup call. There are also growth and leadership opportunities within the team.
Requirements
- BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Minimum of 1-year primary care experience.
- Michigan medical license and DEA (or eligible).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities.
- Conduct rounds Monday-Friday.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
