About The Position
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Windsor, Connecticut. Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine practice
- Treat patients from birth through adulthood (no obstetrics)
- Full-time weekday schedule
- Flexible scheduling: Four 9- or 10-hour shifts, or Five 8-hour shifts
- Minimal phone-only call: One weekday every 6 weeks
- Approximately two weekend call rotations annually
- Optional teaching opportunities available
