26-077- PRIMARY CARE PARAMEDIC- NORDEGG- TEMPORARY PART TIME (0.5 FTE)
About The Position
Associated Ambulance is currently accepting Expressions of Interest for a Temporary Part-Time (0.5 FTE) Primary Care Paramedic position based out of our Nordegg Station. In accordance with the Core Values and Strategic Direction of Associated Ambulance, our key organizational priorities are quality, patient safety, and employee safety. Responsibility for these priorities is shared by all employees, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement and safe work practices is an essential expectation of this position. This is a Temporary Part-Time (0.5 FTE) position with an anticipated duration of 3–12 months. Please note that this assignment may end earlier, should the position become available for a permanent 1.0 FTE appointment in accordance with operational requirements and the Collective Agreement. Applicants must disclose in their Expression of Interest any existing commitments that could impact their ability to fulfill the requirements of this temporary full-time position.
Requirements
- A valid Alberta PCP Practice Permit that meets the requirements for EMS practice in Alberta.
- A current, valid Alberta Class 4 Driver's License.
- Current mandatory education and certifications, including MCP and PDIC.
