Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board certified as an FNP or ANP.
• Active or eligible for Maine Nurse Practitioner licensure.
• DEA certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform preventive care and health screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients on wellness and disease management.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR.
