About The Position

At 360care, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) is part of the clinical operations team and provides direct patient care in nursing homes or long-term care facilities. The role also involves consulting with the manager, physician, and medical director to ensure compliance with guidelines and may include participation in risk and quality management programs and clinical or other meetings. The NP is expected to follow departmental objectives, performance standards, regulatory and quality requirements, and established policies and procedures. 360care handles scheduling and billing and provides a laptop for documentation, mentorship from an Onsite Medical Director, a collaborative physician, and office support.
