Permanent | Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity | Greensboro and Winston-Salem, North Carolina
About The Position
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking two Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a growing outpatient primary care practice serving the adult population in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. There is one opening in Greensboro and one opening in Winston-Salem. Both providers will complete approximately three months of training in the Winston-Salem clinic before transitioning to their permanent practice location. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates who are passionate about caring for an underserved community. Candidates must have foundational Spanish-speaking skills and a desire to become conversationally fluent.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligible for North Carolina licensure
- Foundational Spanish language skills required with willingness to become conversationally fluent
- Passion for serving underserved and diverse patient populations

Responsibilities
- Complete approximately three months of training in the Winston-Salem clinic before transitioning to their permanent practice location.
- Provide adult outpatient primary care.
- Manage an average of 18–20 patients per day.
- Utilize AthenaHealth EMR.
- Complete approximately five hours of administrative time each week.
- Work one Saturday per month.
- Potentially work additional Saturday shifts for bonus incentive.
