About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team in the Triad market (Greensboro/Winston-Salem). This role is for a proven sales leader who excels at coaching teams, driving new business, and building a high-performance culture. You will lead a team of Sales Associates and Sales Executives, helping them hit ambitious growth goals while continuing to build your own book of business and strategic client relationships. This role is a great fit for someone with a background in B2B sales leadership, business development, outside sales, commercial services, facilities services, janitorial services, or another service-based industry.

Requirements

Proven success leading a B2B sales team, including direct management of sales reps.
Strong track record of coaching sales professionals to exceed revenue goals.
Experience managing sales pipelines, KPIs, forecasting, and CRM systems.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Consultative sales approach with strong business acumen.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
Positive, collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience leading B2B sales professionals.
2+ years of successful outside sales and new business development experience.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the Triad market.
Ability to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team.
Drive new business growth through accountability, pipeline management, and consistent performance coaching.
Set sales goals and track KPIs to ensure the team hits weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and regular performance reviews.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train top sales talent for the Triad market.
Oversee CRM usage for accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and activity tracking.
Partner with Operations on renewals, contract expansions, and competitive bids.
Continuously refine sales processes and training to improve team effectiveness.
