Per Diem Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Casual Employee)

One Medical•Washington, DC
•Onsite

About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see patients across multiple offices in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, with weekly hours scheduled at several clinics and willingness to work at any of these locations as needed. The role averages 8–20 patient-care hours per week, though actual hours vary according to office needs. The clinician will care for patients with a broad range of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits rather than building a patient panel. Care includes in-office appointments and occasional telehealth visits, collaboration with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, and use of clinical training to perform in-office procedures. The role also requires willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. One Medical seeks a clinician committed to human-centered, evidence-based primary care, effective technology use, collaboration, communication with people from all backgrounds, adaptability, and reflective practice. The position is hourly at $77.00 per hour; starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be available for qualifications exceeding the stated requirements. The total compensation package may include benefits. The schedule may change based on business direction.
