About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly clinician for its San Francisco, California area offices. The role involves 8–23 patient care hours per week and is considered casual employment. The clinician will see patients with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through a mix of in-office visits and occasional telehealth visits. This is not a panel-building role. The clinician collaborates with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, uses their clinical training and may perform in-office procedures, and is willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states. One Medical seeks clinicians committed to human-centered, evidence-based primary care, effective communication across backgrounds, thoughtful use of technology, teamwork, reflection, navigating uncertainty, and adapting to patient needs. The stated hourly rate is $96.00. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be available for candidates exceeding the stated qualifications. The total compensation package may also include benefits. Eligibility for the broader benefits package described in the posting applies to regular team members working 24 or more hours per week; this role is listed at 8–23 patient-care hours weekly.
