Requirements
- Active and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Current DEA registration and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of one year of primary care experience
- Experience managing acute and chronic medical conditions across diverse patient populations
- Strong communication, patient education, and team collaboration skills
