Requirements

Able to obtain Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Certification to care for patients of all ages - pediatrics through adults.
Able to obtain Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in primary care.
Active DEA License.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered team-based care.
Work as an AP Practice Partner with a patient-centered team.
The team includes a Physician, AP, RN, MA, and a PSS (admin).
Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists.
Behavioral health providers are integrated into the primary care teams.
Manage fewer patients per day with longer patient visits.
Work in a patient-centered team-based environment.
Utilize flexible scheduling options.
Work with a state-of-the-art/award-winning EMR and DAX AI System.
