Requirements

Board Certified in Internal Medicine (or able to obtain upon hire)
Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts (or able to obtain upon hire)
Active DEA License

Experience working within a Team Care model
Fluency in EMR systems & technology
EPIC experience a plus

Responsibilities

Practice in a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based care environment.
Deliver care across the continuum with a focus on value-based medicine and strong specialty support.
Collaborate with fully integrated behavioral health providers into primary care teams to support whole-person care.
Engage in meaningful patient interactions due to fewer patients per day and longer appointment times.
Utilize a state-of-the-art, award-winning EPIC EMR and DAX AI ambient scribe technology systems designed to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
