This position covers patients in Villages, FL & Leesburg, FL. As a Nurse Practitioner with Mobile Medical, you will provide in-home medical care and evaluations to patients, ensuring they receive the attention and treatment they need to improve their health and well-being.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current National Board Certification
  • Active Florida APRN license
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in clinical settings such as a medical clinic, hospital, or ER.
  • Expertise in primary, acute, and chronic care practices.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and evidence-based care practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and provide in-home patient care.
  • Examine patients and review medical histories.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and X-rays.
  • Diagnose health conditions and recommend appropriate treatments for chronic and acute conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and educate patients and their families on diseases, prevention, and overall health management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
