As a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner (APRN), you will provide independent, in-home primary care services. This provider-based role allows you to structure your day efficiently—without rigid clinic schedules or productivity pressures. You’ll meet patients where they are most comfortable, enabling deeper connections, more thorough assessments, and improved outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current National Board Certification (APRN)
  • Active Florida APRN license
  • Current professional liability insurance
  • Successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening may be required.

  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, home health, or acute care
  • Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and evaluations
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
  • Review medical histories and develop individualized care plans
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.)
  • Prescribe medications and provide patient/caregiver education
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
