About The Position

Mobile Medical is seeking a compassionate and independent Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to provide in-home primary care. This is an opportunity to step away from the traditional clinic environment and practice medicine the way it was intended—with more time for patients, fewer administrative burdens, and the flexibility to manage your own schedule. As a Mobile Primary Care Provider, you'll deliver comprehensive care directly in patients' homes, helping improve outcomes while building meaningful patient relationships.

Requirements

Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active Florida APRN License
National Board Certification as: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Current DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
Current Professional Liability Insurance
Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Home Health, Mobile Medical, Geriatrics, Value-Based Care, or Post-Acute Care
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Experience managing chronic disease populations
Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment and care plans
Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
Educate patients and caregivers regarding disease management and preventive care
Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
Support preventative care and population health initiatives
