About The Position

We're seeking a Medical Director (MD/DO) to serve as the senior-most physician at Haven Health's Los Angeles practice. You'll partner directly with the CEO and practice leadership on clinical strategy, and you'll have the opportunity to grow into a stake in practice ownership over time. This is a unique opportunity to combine patient care with clinical leadership at a mission-driven startup, with a real path to ownership and other equity ownership opportunities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills—able to build trust across diverse patient populations.
