About The Position

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join their newly formed Float team. This flexible, dynamic role involves short-term panel management coverage for clinicians on leave and patients without established care. It is an ideal opportunity for physicians who thrive on caring for diverse patient populations across a variety of practice settings. The role offers flexibility, the ability to travel throughout the Pioneer Valley area, and supportive in-basket coverage. You will also have streamlined access to specialists across the Mass General Brigham network. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
Minimum 20-hour commitment per week.
Eligible to work in Massachusetts.
Willingness to travel throughout the Pioneer Valley.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered, high-quality care.
Technologically adept and comfortable with diverse patient populations and clinical settings.
