As the Pricing Strategy Manager, Cardiovascular, you will be a member of the Pricing Strategy extended leadership team. This position manages a team of Pricing Strategy Analysts that focus on US market pricing strategy in a collaborative environment that partners with Regional Sales, Enterprise Account Sales and Contracting teams, along with global pricing strategy support with Operating Unit (OU) Marketing. The Pricing Strategy Manager is responsible for defining price strategy with the OU to advance pricing maturity and scale across the business. You will engage and empower your analysts in price setting based on market value, balancing revenue growth & profit optimization, and driving pricing governance using standardized process and tools as well as ASP forecasting and advanced analytics for a defined Operating Unit or Portfolio. This role will support the key objectives for the US Region by driving and leveraging effective and efficient business decision making while maximizing financial results while continually improving best in class strategy and execution.
