Requirements

  • Oversees all aspects of equipment readiness, asset management, and field execution to ensure consistent, high-performing vending, micro market, and office coffee service operation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees equipment staging, preparation, refurbishment, and testing to ensure all machines meet operational and quality standards prior to deployment
  • Maintains and continuously improves standardized machine setup checklists, installation checklists, and manager audit forms
  • Ensures all equipment is properly configured, tested, labeled, and aligned with asset tracking protocols and system requirements
  • Manages parts inventory and equipment levels to support maintenance, service calls, and installations
  • Oversees ordering, replenishment, and tracking of parts and components to ensure availability and minimize downtime
  • Maintains accurate inventory records across systems (e.g., asset management platforms) and ensures alignment between physical inventory and system data
  • Supports equipment lifecycle management including refurbishment, redeployment, and disposal processes in accordance with company standards
  • Coordinates and schedules all equipment installed, upgrades, removals, and relocations
  • Works closely with office and operations teams to ensure proper account setup, system inputs, and equipment selection for each location
  • Oversees execution of equipment moves and participates in installations as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Partners with leadership, office personnel, and technical teams to maintain system accuracy (machine data, asset tracking, account setup)
  • Ensures effective integration between field operations and internal systems, supporting visibility, reporting, and operational performance
  • Supports new account onboarding, program transitions, and refresh initiatives
  • Conducts post-installation inspections and ongoing field audits to verify proper setup, functionality, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Utilizes audit tools and standardized forms to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
  • Reinforces uptime, quality, and service execution standards through regular field presence
  • Supervises and develops a team of approximately 7 service team members
  • Sets clear expectations for productivity, quality, and execution
  • Provides coaching, counseling, and performance management to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ensures adherence to all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Maintains compliance with food safety, equipment, and audit requirements
  • Adapt processes and execution based on evolving business needs and client expectations
