About The Position

AGI is a global food-based infrastructure company publicly traded in Canada, with over 3,800 employees and more than 30 global manufacturing brands. AGI is a leading provider of equipment and technology solutions for agricultural commodities including seed, fertilizer, grain and feed systems, and an expanding platform for food processing facilities. The Pricing Specialist supports disciplined price execution and margin growth by managing pricing tools, programs, and processes. This role acts as a bridge between Pricing Operations and Pricing Analytics/Strategy, combining operational pricing execution with practical analytical insight. The Pricing Specialist collaborates closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure accurate pricing, effective program deployment, and a consistent customer and sales experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4–6 years in pricing, revenue management, sales operations, analytics, or related roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with ERP systems, quoting tools, Salesforce, and pricing software
  • Ability to travel up to 5–10% as required

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing, industrial, agriculture, or material handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute pricing for assigned production facilities, product lines, or market segments across North America
  • Maintain pricing accuracy within quoting tools, price lists, and pricing programs
  • Support margin protection through price adjustments related to cost changes and inflation
  • Analyze pricing performance, discounting, and program effectiveness; provide insights and recommendations
  • Support Sales/Commercial teams with pricing programs, dealer trade structures, and customer‑specific scenarios
  • Partner with Pricing Analytics and Strategy on pricing initiatives and approved price actions
  • Lead internal communication for price changes and program updates
  • Support ERP, quote tool, and pricing process improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, systems, and customer experience
